Qualification:

Degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Panama in 1982.

Professional and Guild Executory:

Founding member of the Instituto Panameño de Derecho de Autor (Panamanian Copyright Institute), member of the Instituto Interamericano de Derecho de Autor (Inter American Copyright Institute) and the Asociación Panameña de Derecho de la Propiedad Industrial (Panamanian Association of Industrial Property Law).

Former Director General of the Registry of Industrial Property, Advisory for Intellectual Property issues, editor of the Industrial Property Act Draft for the Republic of Panama, 1993, among others.

Is Arbiter at the Centro de Conciliación y Arbitraje de la Cámara de Comercio, Industrias y Agricultura de Panamá (Conciliation and Arbitration Centre of the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama).
