Qualification:

Bachelor of Law and Political Science, Universidad de Panama in 1985. Master in Procedural Law, Universidad Interamericana de Panama, 2008.


Professional and Guild Executory:

Director and Treasurer of the National Bar Association. Is the appointed arbiter by the Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama. He was Deputy Judge of the Family Courts. Participated as Member of PRONAT Advisory Board.

Arbitration, Conciliation and Mediation:

We advise our clients in the inclusion of a mediation or conciliation clause in contracts.

We advise our client in the inclusion of arbitration clause in contracts, in cases where it has not been agreed .

We assist clients in conciliation or mediation.

We represent our clients in institutionalized or ad-hoc arbitration proceedings, since the submission of the complaint, examination o evidence and during all arbitration.

We are able to be national and international arbitrator. In fact, some members of the Firm are certified arbitrator at Center of Conciliation and Arbitration of Panama (Centro de Conciliación y Arbitraje de Panamá) (CECAP) and Center of Solution of Conflicts (Centro de Solución de Conflictos (CESCON), between others.
